Your Contribution
As a Specialist HR & Payroll Administration, you are the expert in the field of payroll processing and HR administration. You work closely with SD Worx and are responsible for submitting and checking mutations, monitoring changes in Cobra 8, and answering substantive questions from colleagues and external parties. You play a key role in optimizing our processes and systems as well as rolling out new Cobra modules: your expertise is of great value in taking payroll to the next level.

Specifically, your main tasks include :
In addition to all standard payroll tasks, you are also involved in managing pension contracts and processing mutations, registrations/deregistration’s and invoices, submitting monthly and annual reports to the Finance department, and acting as the point of contact for salary, pension and HR-related questions. You will also be responsible for managing our lease cars.

Your Profile
You have extensive experience in payroll administration and HR processes, and you switch effortlessly between systems, numbers and people. With your knowledge of Cobra and current laws and regulations, you ensure reliable and efficient processing of salaries, pensions and reports. You work accurately, think ahead and know how to support colleagues clearly.

Additionally, you have:
  • Completed education in business administration, HRM or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Payroll Practice Diploma (PDL) is a plus
  • Experience with payroll administration, preferably with Cobra software
  • Accurate, analytical and strong communication skills (Dutch and English)
  • Integrity, stress-resistant and proactive with strong problem-solving ability
