Business Controller BNL & Export

Temporary (1 year) due to ERP system implementation

Your Contribution
As Business Controller BNL & Export, you'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and profitability of an internationally operating organization. You will be the financial co-pilot for the Management Team of BNL & Export, part of SBA EMENA, supporting the entire process from cultivation to payment. You report to the Senior Business Controller EMENA and collaborate closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad.

Specifically, your main tasks include :

• Financial sparring partner for BNL & Export.
• Analyzing periodic reports and translating figures into clear insights.
• Coordinating and optimizing the forecasting process.
• Monitoring pool price calculations and contributing to profitability analyses at variety, customer, and market level.
• Identifying opportunities, risks, and trends using data.
• Supporting strategic projects and continuous improvement.

Your Profile
You are analytically strong, entrepreneurial, and able to explain complex financial matters with ease. You blend a hands-on approach with strategic insight.

Additionally, you have:

• 3 years of relevant experience in controlling or financial business analysis.
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and strong Excel skills (Power BI or other tools is a plus).
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Affinity with the agricultural sector.
• A team-oriented mindset, persuasive communication, and a calm, down-to-earth attitude.
