Your Contribution
As the Logistics Coordinator you are responsible for executing a specific part of the logistics process, such as coordinating the call-off to growers and managing transport to customers. The Logistics Coordinator communicates with transport suppliers, customers, growers, and/or (international) colleagues to ensure smooth handling of orders. The Logistics Coordinator contributes to the growth and strategic goals of HZPC by ensuring that the logistics process is carried out correctly and on time.

Specifically, your main tasks include :

• Informing growers which orders need to be prepared and processed, including timeline and creating grading orders.
• Answering ad-hoc questions and solving problems with deliveries or during the preparation phase.
• Arranging transport and making suitable agreements with transport suppliers.
• Coordinating the right means of transport and aligning the specifications with the relevant transport supplier.
• Informing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct timing, follow-up, and processing.
• Managing unexpected changes in different areas.

Your Profile
You are a driven professional with a passion for logistics. You have an eye for detail and analytical skills that help you solve problems quickly and effectively. You are proactive and can handle stress during peak seasons. Cooperation comes naturally to you, and you know how to communicate effectively with different teams.

Additionally, you have:

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be proactive and handle stress during peak seasons
• A team player who collaborates with planning and logistics teams
• Previous experience in a logistics environment
• Education level MBO/HBO, or equivalent
• Good command of both Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
