Your Contribution
As the Financial Controller for Germany and Poland, you play a key role in our international financial administration. You ensure accurate processing of financial data and actively contribute to improving processes. You work independently, take initiative, and have a keen eye for detail. You support our foreign entities and help ensure smooth month-end and year-end closings.

Specifically, your main tasks include :
  • Processing purchase invoices and expense claims
  • Posting payroll journal entries and performing cost price calculations including analyses
  • Managing asset registers and executing monthly depreciation
  • Executing the payment process
  • Processing reconciliation overviews in Lucanet
  • Performing intercompany reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Delivering monthly and annual reports on time
  • Analyzing reports and flagging notable findings
  • Supporting audits (both tax and financial audits)
Your Profile
You are a finance professional with a sharp eye for processes and a proactive attitude. You thrive in an international environment, enjoy collaboration, and are also capable of working independently.

Additionally, you have:
  • A completed bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, or business economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Affinity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Strong command of Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of German or Polish is a plus
  • An innovative and resourceful mindset
  • Accuracy and independence in your work
